ArtiZahn is the first offering in dental implants by Precima Technologies. With ArtiZahn, we apply our expertise in manufacturing precision orthopaedics to a new field. Having a permanent replacement for teeth has never been easier! Our system consists of the dental implant with cover screw, and various abutments.
We ensure highest quality control right from the material to manufacturing. Hence, we use imported Grade V Titanium alloy TiAl6V4 conforming to ISO5832-2/3. Our manufacturing processes make use of highly specialised CNC machines, ensuring precision and a superior product.
Each implant is sandblasted with aluminium and acid etched. This helps in creating the requisite porosity for osseointegration. For enabling the surgery, the instrumentation set includes various drills, taps drivers and placers. These have all been colour coded to the size of the implant.
The ArtiZahn Actif dental implant is designed to enable accurate placement, improved esthetics and better load distribution. The design also allows for minimal damage to anatomic structures and gives high primary stability.

Every implant is provided with a cover screw in the packaging.
Our system comes with a wide range of Healing, Cement retained, and Screw retained abutments to allow for a complete end to end solution for your surgery. For All in 4/All in 6 procedures, ball attachments are also available. All attachments fit perfectly into the hex connection of the dental implants and allow for enhanced restoration of the dental structures.
The instrumentation kit comes with Lance Drills, Pilot Drills, Cortical Drills and Cortical Taps. Stoppers have been provided to assist surgery. These instruments are colour coded as per size of the implant. Other instruments include Torque wrench, Drill extensions, Prosthetic drivers, Implant pickers and placers, etc. The instrument set is fully equipped to enable surgeons for effective and efficient implant placement.
